Stride is a sports therapy and massage service based in Ambleside and Kendal. Run by an active gymnast who’s had her fair share of injuries, the brand is rooted in real lived experience and a passion for recovery

That personal story of recovery became the heart of the project, which inspired a logo that feels both playful and inclusive. The deep blue tone pays homage to the Lake District’s heritage and reflects the importance of staying active. 

 
I used a sans-serif typeface to add a modern touch, contrasting nicely with the characterful illustration to create a balanced, approachable identity for Stride.


I brought the full brand to life, from the first pencil sketches to a complete visual system. The logo, colour palette, and brand guidelines all work together to give Stride a confident, energetic feel that’s easy to carry across print, digital, and social media.
